Tarantula Adventure Safaris is a locally owned tour operator based in Arusha, Tanzania. We create private and small-group journeys across Tanzania, from wildlife safaris in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Mount Kilimanjaro climbs, cultural experiences, and Zanzibar beach holidays.

He planned the most meticulous trip, from our arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to the Serengeti National Park. Travel Insurance

Your policy should cover

• Emergency medical treatment, medical evacuation, and repatriation.
• Cancellation, curtailment, and disruption caused by illness, injury, or other covered events.
• Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage and personal belongings.
• Activities included in your itinerary, including high-altitude trekking, mountain rescue, wildlife activities, and domestic flights where applicable.

For Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru climbs

Confirm in writing that your policy covers trekking at the maximum altitude on your route, emergency evacuation, and any helicopter or air evacuation limits. Standard travel policies do not always include high-altitude trekking.

Visa Information.

Entry requirements depend on your nationality, passport, itinerary, and recent travel history. Please check the official Tanzania Immigration Services website before you travel. Requirements and fees can change without notice.

Tanzania offers an online eVisa application service. Some eligible travellers may also obtain a visa on arrival at an official entry point. However, travellers from certain countries, stateless persons, and refugees may need approval before travel. We recommend applying online in good time and carrying your visa approval or payment confirmation with you. .

• Check that your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of arrival and has adequate blank pages.
• Use only the official Tanzania Immigration Services eVisa website and follow its current document and payment instructions.
• Check whether your nationality is visa-exempt, eligible for visa on arrival, or requires prior approval.
• Carry your accommodation details, return or onward travel information, and any documents requested by your airline or immigration officials.

A visa grant or visa on arrival does not guarantee entry. The immigration officer at the point of entry makes the final decision. Tarantula Adventure Safaris can provide the booking information needed for your application, but we cannot apply for a visa or guarantee that it will be approved.
